    UAE president hosts Iranian foreign minister in significant diplomatic meet

    The United Arab Emirates President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, today hosted Iran’s Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, in a significant diplomatic meeting. Taking place at Al Shati Palace, this meeting comes as part of Amir-Abdollahian’s working visit to the UAE, marking another significant step in the nations’ diplomatic interactions.

    During this high-profile discussion, the Iranian Foreign Minister relayed cordial greetings from Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.     Responding to the conveyed sentiments, Sheikh Mohamed extended his greetings to the Iranian President. He also expressed his hopes for the further advancement and growth of Iran and its citizens.     Among the notable attendees of this meeting were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Ali Mohammed Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State; and Saif Mohammed Al Zaabi, the UAE Ambassador to Iran.
